Just Eat

• To ensure app transactions track, select Just Eat for your cashback selection then open up the Just Eat app and complete your order as normal. Please note that it can take up to 7 days to track
• To complete your order via the Just Eat app, click through the Cashblack app first. If you already have the Just Eat app on your device, open up the app and complete your order. If you don’t have the Just Eat app, after clicking through from Cashblack, download the Just Eat app via your and complete your order.

Uber Eats

• Once you reach the app or landing page, search for your desired vendor to make your order. 
• To ensure app transactions track, select Uber Eats for your cashback selection then open up the Uber Eats app and complete your order as normal. Please note that it can take up to 7 days to track
• To complete your order via the Uber Eats, click through the Cashblack app first. If you already have the Uber Eats app on your device, open up the app and complete your order. If you don’t have the Deliveroo app, after clicking through from Cashblack, download the Uber Eats app via your and complete your order.

General Cashback Terms

• Ensure tracking of your purchase by completing your order wholly online in a timely manner after clicking “Get Cashback”
• Purchases at this merchant should appear as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until the merchant confirms the purchase is eligible for cashback. Once this happens your purchase will reach the ‘confirmed’ status on your account
• If you do not receive notification of your cashback being tracked within 48 hours of your purchase, please contact us by creating a “Missing Cashback” ticket
• Cashback is not paid on VAT, delivery charges and any other additional fees
• The use or purchase of gift cards, vouchers or other referral sites may invalidate your cashback
• Please note the use of adblock software may affect your Cashback claim. If installed, please disable your ad-blocking software before proceeding.

• Cashback rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease at any time
• Cashblack reserves the rights on all final cashback decisions
