Terms and Conditions
The Cashblack and Shopify Promotion (the "Promotion") allows eligible participants to receive a £30 bonus from Cashblack and a discounted subscription from Shopify when they sign up for a new Shopify account through Cashblack's affiliate link. To participate, you agree to these terms and conditions, which become part of the Cashblack Terms of Service (the "Cashblack TOS") and the Shopify Merchant Terms of Service (the "Shopify TOS"). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined here follow their definitions in the Cashblack TOS and the Shopify TOS.
Eligibility Criteria
You may be eligible to participate in the Promotion if:
• You have not previously signed up for a Shopify account or received a free trial or a similar offer from Shopify.
• You complete the required actions as specified in the invitation within the Promotion period.
Required Actions
To participate in the Promotion, you must:
• Click on the affiliate link provided by Cashblack and sign up for a new Shopify account.
• Select a pricing plan and enter your billing information within 21 days of signing up.
• Pay for one billing cycle for an eligible plan.
Eligible Plans
The eligible plans for the Promotion are the Shopify paid trial (upgraded from a free trial), Shopify Basic, Shopify, or Advanced Shopify plans. The Promotion does not apply to the Shopify Starter, Shopify Plus, or Shopify Lite plans.
Promotion Benefits
If you meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required actions, you will receive the following benefits:
• A £30 bonus from Cashblack, which will be paid to your UK bank account within 30 days of completing the required actions.
• A free 14-day trial from Shopify, during which you can access all the features and services of your selected plan.
• A discounted subscription from Shopify, which allows you to pay only £1 per month for the first three months of your selected plan, after the free trial ends. This is a significant saving compared to the regular monthly prices of £19, £49, or £259, depending on your plan.
Promotion Period
The Promotion is valid from 8 March 2024 to 07 March 2025, unless otherwise extended or terminated by Cashblack or Shopify at their sole discretion.
Promotion Limitations
The Promotion is subject to the following limitations:
• The Promotion is limited to one bonus and one discounted subscription per participant, up to a maximum of five participants per Cashblack account.
• The Promotion is not transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent, and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts from Cashblack or Shopify.
• The Promotion is only valid for new Shopify accounts created through Cashblack's affiliate link. Existing Shopify accounts or accounts created through other channels are not eligible for the Promotion.
• The Promotion is only valid for Shopify accounts that use Shopify Payments as their primary payment provider. Shopify Payments is subject to its own terms and conditions, which can be found herehttps://www.shopify.com/uk/payments-promotion/terms-and-conditions. If you use a third-party payment provider, you will not receive the discounted subscription and you may incur additional fees from Shopify or the payment provider.
• The Promotion is only valid for Shopify accounts that are in compliance with the Cashblack TOS and the Shopify TOS. If you violate any of these terms, you may lose your eligibility for the Promotion and your account may be suspended or terminated by Cashblack or Shopify.
Other Terms and Conditions
• Cashblack and Shopify reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
• Cashblack and Shopify are not responsible for any technical errors, delays, or failures that may affect your participation in the Promotion or your receipt of the benefits.
• Cashblack and Shopify are not liable for any taxes, fees, or charges that may arise from your participation in the Promotion or your receipt of the benefits. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes, fees, or charges to the relevant authorities.
• Cashblack and Shopify are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may result from your participation in the Promotion or your use of the benefits. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cashblack and Shopify from any claims, demands, or lawsuits that may arise from your participation in the Promotion or your use of the benefits.
• These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales and the courts of Ontario.
